Going through pregnancy, having a new baby, or experiencing a pregnancy loss can bring about many different feelings. While it's okay to have a mix of emotions, it’s important to pay attention to any distressing feelings that don't go away and to ask for help if you need it. This module discusses how to recognize different mental health challenges, including the “baby blues,” depression, anxiety, and psychosis. It also goes over how to know when you might need extra support and where to find help. Remember, you are not alone, and help is available.
